​Nature’s beauty opens our hearts and makes us realize we are part of nature and not separate from it. When we see ourselves in nature, it connects us to every one of us because it is clear it is all connected and One. Our adventures even take us into the heart of ancient forests where we explore trees and rocks thousands of years old. Standing amongst these quiet giants and looking straight up to see their tops, it is easy to be open to nature's many blessings and to wish their continuity. You will quickly learn to identify the gigantic Douglas firs, Red Cedars, Western Hemlocks and Sitka Spruce trees.
Our walks are amazingly educational and we will teach you to spot for many different species of birds including swans, blue herons and the magnificent bald-eagle. Discover raccoons, beavers, squirrels, skunks, beehives, birds nests and giant eagle nests and even old coyote dens! Take part in flower and berry hunts and find shelter under enormous leaves used as umbrellas in South America. Traverse aboriginal spirit-lands and find holy relics of traditional ceremonies and ancient sculptures carved into rocks and trees - learn about their mythological legends and tribal stories.

OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION - These lessons are based on the life cycles of plants and animals. We explore how animals, plants and trees grow, change and behave and how they adapt to their preferred habitats and varying climatic conditions. More
CLASS 4 COMMERCIAL LICENCE TRAINING - Our Professional team of drivers will help you get your Class 4 Licence safely and quickly with no excessive theory and wasting time as with most driver training courses! In fact we offer Full Hands-On Driver training which lasts less than 3 hours. More
ITALIAN FOR FUN AND TRAVEL - You will master the basics of the Italian Language which is easier than you think! In this 16 hour course you will develop LISTENING and SPEAKING skills as well as READING and WRITING. You will learn how to ask simple questions, talk about yourself, make enquiries and socialise. In this course we will use free online website builders that provide templates where you can plug in your own information. You can then creatively manipulate the design, style, colour, format and fonts to suit your particular needs. However for anyone with a little time on their hands learning to create a simple website can be a lot of fun and a great opportunity to be creative. The idea for Vancouver LaughWalks began with the man behind the scenes - John Speedie - who is the inspiration for LaughWalking in outback Canadian bush-country! With a devil-may-care attitude, he runs a very successful business in 100 Mile House BC - a 7 hour drive from Vancouver through some of the most amazing landscapes of lush forests, arid deserts, rushing rivers, blue mountains and flowered meadows teeming with wild-life: marmots, foxes, deer, elk, caribou, moose, black bears and even grizzlys!
STANLEY PARK WALKING CLUB
Vancouver LaughWalks has originated from The Stanley Park Leisure Walking & Social Club which has 200 members and is a dynamic club for locals who love to nurture Nature together. They organize hikes every weekend and explore the Canadian Wilderness whether close to home or further away by even flying in small aircrafts and landing in the centre of rarely traversed hidden oases. Their leadership and guidance has been fundamental to the evolution of our organization.
VANCOUVER ECOVILLAGE
One of our keenest promoters is Vancouver Ecovillage. The Ecovillage project aims at creating an ecovillage in Vancouver with pure organic food growth and farming, ecological houses, innovative use of building materials such as local wood and stone, electricity generating solar panels and wind turbines and biological sewage treatment facilities. Sustainable values are expressed in the community's social, economic and educational initiatives.
